Restore & Recenter: A Gentle Yoga, Essential oil & Sound Bath Experience
Date: Thursday, August 14 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Location: 384 Warren Street, Boston - Higher Ground Boston
Registration is required!
This 2-hour workshop is a soul-soothing journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, settle your mind, and nourish your spirit.
We’ll begin with gentle yoga, accessible for all bodies and levels, focusing on slow, mindful movements and breathwork to release tension and bring you into the present moment. As we move, you’ll be supported by the healing properties of aromatherapy, using calming essential oils to enhance relaxation and balance your nervous system.
This workshop offers a chance to slow down and reset. Leadership requires strategic thinking and vision—but that clarity often comes in stillness. Yoga, breathwork, aromatherapy, and sound bath invites deep reflection, allowing leaders to return to their work with focus and renewed energy.
Whether you're seeking rest, clarity, or simply a moment to breathe, this workshop offers a safe and sacred space to pause, and restore.
Gentle yoga grounds leaders in their bodies, helping them lead with presence, clarity, and calm. A leader who is connected to their physical and emotional state is more effective in responding rather than reacting. By prioritizing self-care and holistic wellness, leaders model balance, boundaries, and sustainability—showing others that well-being is foundational, not optional
Yoga mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own.
Workshop includes:
Yoga mat
small journal
sample of an essential oil of your choice.
