Summer of S.O.L. (Spotlight on Leadership) is a series of hands-on workshops led by members of the Union Capital Boston community. Each workshop connects a member’s skills, interests, or experiences to leadership, giving participants a chance to learn by doing.

Through creative activities, shared experiences, and conversation, participants explore new ways to express themselves, connect with others, and recognize their own leadership potential. Whether you’re trying something new or building on an existing interest, Summer of S.O.L. offers opportunities to learn alongside fellow members and discover what you can bring to your community.
